Foschi Rossini, Coffee Beans 1kg
(€23.16 / Kg)
I am in such request, nor night nor day I've rest: old men and maidens, matrons and gallants
Foschi Rossini is a blend of the most prestigious Central American Arabica. It is an orchestra of intense flavours and fine fragrances which, in a Rossinian crescendo, dizzyingly transport the taster towards a final explosion of exciting full aromas.
I'm the factotum of Citadella. Bravo, Bravissimo!
It is a coffee selection for the finest connoisseurs of Italian Espresso but a great deal of equipment and experience is not necessary to appreciate its qualities. It is a factotum coffee blend. It adapts very well to various extraction methods: with bar machines; full-automatic machines; Mocha or simply filtered for a classic American Coffee.
We particularly love to use and offer it for delicious cappuccinos.

With Pesaro, the town that was the birthplace of the composer Gioacchino Rossini, Foschi links its own name and its professional and business experience in an orchestra of works in which every coffee bean prepares itself to become an intense symphony of aroma and pleasure...
For its bar quality espresso blends, Foschi chooses the most prestigious coffees from international markets and from exclusive and selected crops. The roasting is separated by single origin and allows a specific cooking perfected by about a century of experience. Only after roasting the mono-origin beans will be mixed in the different blends expresso bar quality Foschi.
