Foschi Bar is an Espresso blend 80/20 of the best Arabica and Robusta from Central America. . It is a selection which stands out for its sweet and intense taste. In mouth, it is medium-bodied alongside the unmistakable taste of the typical Neapolitan espresso. The result in the cup is that of a coffee with a thick and velvety cream where acidity and bitterness are well balanced.
The aromatic profile of this extraordinary coffee is an enveloping hint of bitter chocolate, almonds and hazelnuts.

For its bar quality espresso blends, Foschi chooses the most prestigious coffees from international markets and from exclusive and selected crops. The roasting is separated by single origin and allows a specific cooking perfected by about a century of experience. Only after roasting the mono-origin beans will be mixed in the different blends expresso bar quality Foschi.
